Cancellation Policy​
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.
For clients attending under a Medicare plan, a late cancellation or non-attendance will result in one Medicare session being forfeited in lieu of payment.
